This training is designed to equip maintenance professionals with practical skills and knowledge for managing two key challenges in property upkeep: hoarding restoration and malodor deodorization.
In the first half of the training, The Restoration of Hoarding, participants will explore the origins and complexities of hoarding behaviors, learning assessment techniques to gauge the severity of hoarding situations. This segment covers tailored cleaning methods, safety protocols, and essential equipment, empowering maintenance staff to handle hoarding cleanups effectively and safely.
The second half focuses on Deodorization of Malodors, where participants will gain insights into specialized odor control techniques used to eliminate persistent malodors. This session includes odor source identification, effective remediation processes, and cost-saving measures that enhance efficiency and indoor air quality.
By the end of this training, attendees will have actionable strategies and technical know-how to manage complex restoration tasks, contributing to healthier, more livable spaces.
